利用甘肃省第一次全国水利普查关于水土保持措施的成果资料和黄委西峰水保试验站60多a观测资料,确定甘肃省黄土高塬沟壑区调水保土效益指标参数,按照《水土保持综合治理效益计算方法》(GB/T15774—2008)规定的计算方法,以1979年为基准年,首次全面系统地分析计算了甘肃省高原沟壑区30多a水土保持综合治理的调水保土效益。结果表明,年均增加入渗量为1484.33万m3,年均增加拦蓄径流量和拦蓄泥沙量分别为1161.6万m3和184.4万t;淤地坝年增加拦蓄径流量为23.04万m3,拦蓄泥沙量为15.39万t。沟头防护工程减轻沟蚀的保土量为60.92万m3;淤地坝年均增加保土量为8.9万t。年均减少雨季径流量5076.6万m3,增加旱季径流量48.6万m3,从而减轻了洪灾和旱灾。

Benefit indices and parameters of water diversion and soil conservation in gullied loess plateaus in Gansu Province were determined depending on the data and results of the First General Investigation of Water Conservancy and Water and Soil Conservation Measures,and o-ver-60-year observation data of economic benefit by Xifeng Test Station of Water and Soil Conservation,YRCC. Using the method stipula-ted in the latest version of the national standard‘Method of Benefit Calculation for Comprehensive Control of Soil Erosion’(GB/T15774-2008),systematic and overall analysis of the benefit of water diversion and soil conservation for comprehensive control of soil erosion in the gullied loess plateaus in Gansu Province over these 30 years was made for the first time,by taking 1979 as the base year.
