在某燃煤发电厂循环水取水系统模型试验研究的基础上,对泵站的前池和进水流道进行了三维湍流数值模拟。利用Fluent软件,选用雷诺平均N-S方程和标准k-ε湍流模型及SIMPLEC算法,模拟了在低潮位“两机四泵”这种最不利工况下的三维流场,给出了旋涡在最不利工况下的发生位置和形态,分析了可能造成的危害;在这种不利工况下,针对优化设计方案数值模拟中发现的涡及分布情况,调整导流扩散墩的布置,优化了流场形态,得出了比较合适的优化方案。

With the development of rock mass engineering,more attention are paid to long-term security and stability of tunnels. In this pa-per,on the basis of in-situ monitoring results and numerical simulation of a diversion tunnel,furthermore combining with relaxation theories and creep characteristics of soft rock,we analyzed the stability of this engineering project. The results show that the deformation mainly oc-curs in the top-arch,and it follows by the rule of“significant period”to“slow deformation stage”,then to“stability”. And to the soft rock tunnel,we find out that the creep characteristic of soft rock has a significant influence on the results of numerical simulation. Meanwhile,a-dopting creep constitutive model,and combining with relaxation,we explicitly confirm that the thickness of relaxation-zone has an obviously effective on simulation precision.
