目的诊断刚入境以色列患者是否患狂犬病,并确定其传染来源.方法对患者唾液及脑脊液标本进行RT-PCR检测,检测阳性标本进行病毒N基因序列测定,并通过种系发生分析确定毒株来源.结果患者唾液标本为狂犬病病毒阳性,病毒N基因序列种系发生分析显示,患者感染病毒株与印度野生动物狂犬病毒亲缘关系最近.结论该以色列患者为我国首例实验室确诊的狂犬病输入病例,感染来源为印度.

Objective To make a clear diagnosis for an Israel patient just entering China suspected to have raies an analyze possible source of rabies infection.Methods The saliva and cerebrospinal fluid samples of the patient were detected by RT-PCR method,and the N gene sequence of the positive sample was sequenced.To clarify the probable source of the patient infection,the phylogenetic analysis based on the N gene sequences was made.Results The saliva specimen of the patient was confirmed positive,and the phylogenetic analysis showed that the rabies virus infecting the patient had a very close evolutionary relationship with the rabies strains isolatcd from the wildlifc in India.Conclusions The Israeli patient was the first human case of rabies imported into China confirmed by laboratory diagnosis,and the infection source of the patient was India.
