目的 研究颜面部皮肤恶性肿瘤的手术修复方法与修复效果.方法 选取2012年9月至2013年9月收治的36例颜面部皮肤恶性肿瘤患者的临床资料,对其进行回顾性分析,采用局部皮瓣转移、皮片移植、原位缝合手段对缺损部位进行修复.结果 在本次研究的36例中,所有患者均接受手术治疗,经过6个月随访后,发现有1例复发病例,复发率为2.8％,其余无复发患者.完成修复后,有2例患者出现了感染现象,发生率为5.6％,其他植皮、皮瓣均成活,未出现不良事件.患者整体创面存活良好,对颜面功能与外形较为满意.结论 在颜面部肿瘤手术治疗的同时,要考虑到外形修复,可采用局部皮瓣、全厚皮片对皮肤缺损进行修复.
目的 研究顏麵部皮膚噁性腫瘤的手術脩複方法與脩複效果.方法 選取2012年9月至2013年9月收治的36例顏麵部皮膚噁性腫瘤患者的臨床資料,對其進行迴顧性分析,採用跼部皮瓣轉移、皮片移植、原位縫閤手段對缺損部位進行脩複.結果 在本次研究的36例中,所有患者均接受手術治療,經過6箇月隨訪後,髮現有1例複髮病例,複髮率為2.8％,其餘無複髮患者.完成脩複後,有2例患者齣現瞭感染現象,髮生率為5.6％,其他植皮、皮瓣均成活,未齣現不良事件.患者整體創麵存活良好,對顏麵功能與外形較為滿意.結論 在顏麵部腫瘤手術治療的同時,要攷慮到外形脩複,可採用跼部皮瓣、全厚皮片對皮膚缺損進行脩複.
목적 연구안면부피부악성종류적수술수복방법여수복효과.방법 선취2012년9월지2013년9월수치적36례안면부피부악성종류환자적림상자료,대기진행회고성분석,채용국부피판전이、피편이식、원위봉합수단대결손부위진행수복.결과 재본차연구적36례중,소유환자균접수수술치료,경과6개월수방후,발현유1례복발병례,복발솔위2.8％,기여무복발환자.완성수복후,유2례환자출현료감염현상,발생솔위5.6％,기타식피、피판균성활,미출현불량사건.환자정체창면존활량호,대안면공능여외형교위만의.결론 재안면부종류수술치료적동시,요고필도외형수복,가채용국부피판、전후피편대피부결손진행수복.
Objective To investigate the facial skin malignant tumor surgical repair methods and effect.Methods Clinical data of 36 cases of facial skin malignant tumor from September 2012 to September 2013 were selected and retrospectively analyzed.The local skin flap transfer,flap transplantation,and in situ suture method were used to repair the defect parts.Results In this study,the 36 patients were all treated with surgery.After 6 months of follow-up,one relapse cases occurred (the recurrence rate was 2.8％),and the rest of the patients had no recurrence.After the repair surgery,two cases had infection with rate of 5.6％.Other skin graft and skin flap succeeded,with no adverse events occurred.Patients survived good overall wound,and were satisfied with the facial features and obtained satisfactory appearance.Conclusions In facial tumor surgery,local skin flap and the thick skin can be used to repair skin defect.
