目的分析肠镜下结肠巨大息肉切除的临床效果.方法收集结肠巨大息肉患者76例(85枚息肉)作为研究对象,所有患者均经肠镜下结肠巨大息肉切除治疗,回顾性分析患者的临床资料,观察其治疗效果.结果 85枚息肉中,有48枚经内镜黏膜切除治疗,包括40枚整块切除和8枚分两块切除;另外37枚息肉为带蒂息肉,其中有10枚通过高频电圈套切除,有18枚通过银夹加高频电圈套切除治疗,另外9枚通过尼龙套扎加电凝电切治疗.有4例患者出现少量出血,经常规止血处理后得到缓解,所有患者均痊愈出院.结论肠镜下结肠巨大息肉切除具有良好的临床疗效,手术过程中应根据患者的实际情况选择合适的手术切除方式,术后注意出血的防治.
목적 분석장경하결장거대식육절제적림상효과.방법 수집결장거대식육환자76례(85매식육)작위연구대상,소유환자균경장경하결장거대식육절제치료,회고성분석환자적림상자료,관찰기치료효과.결과 85매식육중,유48매경내경점막절제치료,포괄40매정괴절제화8매분량괴절제;령외37매식육위대체식육,기중유10매통과고빈전권투절제,유18매통과은협가고빈전권투절제치료,령외9매통과니룡투찰가전응전절치료.유4례환자출현소량출혈,경상규지혈처리후득도완해,소유환자균전유출원.결론 장경하결장거대식육절제구유량호적림상료효,수술과정중응근거환자적실제정황선택합괄적수술절제방식,술후주의출혈적방치.
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of endoscopic colonic polyp resection.Methods Seventy-six patients 85 polyps) with colonic polyp were selected as the research objects.All patients were treated by endoscopic colonic polyp excision the clinical data of patients were retrospectively analyzed.Results In 85 polyps,48 endoscopic mucosal resection,including 40 gold en bloc resection and 8 pieces of two block resection ; the other 37 polyps as pedicle polyps,10 of them by high-frequency electric snare resection,18 by silver clip with high-frequency electric snare excision,the other 9 pieces by nylon ligation electrocoagulation treatment.There was small amount of bleeding occurred in 4 patients,ease of regular bleeding after the treatment,all the patients recovered and were discharged from the hospital.Conclusions Endoscopic colonic polyp resection has good clinical curative effect,should select the appropriate operation according to the patient' s condition type resection during surgery,prevention and treatment of postoperative hemorrhage of attention.
