目的 观察成年期追赶生长(CUGA)大鼠体成分的变化特征,探讨其与机体胰岛素敏感性的关系.方法 SD大鼠以随机数字表法随机分为10组,其中5组为普通饮食组(NC),普通饮食喂养4、5、6、8、12周;另外5组为追赶生长组(RN),热卡限制4周后恢复普通饮食0、1、2、4、8周.实验结束后检测体成分和高胰岛素-正葡萄糖钳夹试验的葡萄糖输注率(GIR60-120).结果 热卡限制期末,RN组全身脂肪含量(BFM%)、腹部脂肪含量(AFM%)、腹部脂肪比率和脂肪瘦组织比率均明显低于NC组(P<0.05);而瘦组织含量(LBM%)相对增加(P>0.05).饮食恢复期,RN组上述体脂指标逐渐增加,而LBM%相对下降.RN组GIR60-120与BFM%、AFM%和腹部脂肪比率显著负相关(P<0.01).其中,腹部脂肪比率对GIR60-120的影响大于BFM%和AFM%.结论 CUGA实质是与瘦组织增长不成比例的脂肪优先追赶和脂肪重新分布过程.这种追赶性体脂增加尤其是体脂再分布可能是决定CUGA机体胰岛素敏感性的重要因素.

목적 관찰성년기추간생장(CUGA)대서체성분적변화특정,탐토기여궤체이도소민감성적관계.방법 SD대서이수궤수자표법수궤분위10조,기중5조위보통음식조(NC),보통음식위양4、5、6、8、12주;령외5조위추간생장조(RN),열잡한제4주후회복보통음식0、1、2、4、8주.실험결속후검측체성분화고이도소-정포도당겸협시험적포도당수주솔(GIR60-120).결과 열잡한제기말,RN조전신지방함량(BFM%)、복부지방함량(AFM%)、복부지방비솔화지방수조직비솔균명현저우NC조(P<0.05);이수조직함량(LBM%)상대증가(P>0.05).음식회복기,RN조상술체지지표축점증가,이LBM%상대하강.RN조GIR60-120여BFM%、AFM%화복부지방비솔현저부상관(P<0.01).기중,복부지방비솔대GIR60-120적영향대우BFM%화AFM%.결론 CUGA실질시여수조직증장불성비례적지방우선추간화지방중신분포과정.저충추간성체지증가우기시체지재분포가능시결정CUGA궤체이도소민감성적중요인소.
Objective To observe dynamic changes in body composition in adult catch-up growth (CUGA) rat model and to explore the relationship between body composition and system insulin sensitivity in CUGA.Methods Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into normal chow (NC) and catch-up growth with normal chow (RN) groups.Body composition was measured by dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry,and average glucose infusion rate 60-120 (GIR60-120) in hyperinsulinemic-euglycemic clamp was calculated to evaluate systemic insulin sensitivity.Results After 4-week calorie restriction,percentage of body fat mass (BFM%),percentage of abdominal fat mass (AFM%) and AFM to BFM ratio were lower in RN group than NC group(P<0.05),while percentage of lean body mass (LBM%) was relative higher in RN group(P>0.05).After refeeding,BFM%,AFM%,and AFM to BFM ratio in RN group were all increased with the time,whereas LBM% was gradually decreased.In RN group,GIR60-120 was positively correlated with BFM%,AFM%,and AFM to BFM ratio (P<0.01),but there was no linear relationship between GIR60-120 and LBM%.Among these factors,AFM to BFM ratio exhibited more significant relationship with GIR60-120 than BFM% and AFM%.Conclusions The essence of CUGA is a progress that is characterized by a disproportionately higher rate of body fat than lean tissue gain and a redistribution of body fat.This preferential catchup fat,especially the redistribution of body fat,may be a critical determinant for system insulin sensitivity in CUGA.
