目的 探讨优质护理应用于经内镜逆行胰胆管造影术(ERCP)的临床疗效及护理体会.方法 选择2013年1月至2014年4月98例实施ERCP术患者,随机分为常规护理组和优质护理组,每组49例,观察比较两组护理前后焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、对疾病知识的认知度及治疗依从性、护理满意度,以及术后感染率、住院天数及费用等.结果 与常规护理组相比,优质护理组护理后SAS评分明显降低,对疾病知识认知度、治疗依从性、护理满意度均明显提高,术后感染率、住院天数、住院费用均显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 优质护理应用于经内镜逆行胰胆管造影术能够明显减少术后感染率,提高患者的预后质量,有利于患者的早日康复,值得临床推广.

목적 탐토우질호리응용우경내경역행이담관조영술(ERCP)적림상료효급호리체회.방법 선택2013년1월지2014년4월98례실시ERCP술환자,수궤분위상규호리조화우질호리조,매조49례,관찰비교량조호리전후초필자평량표(SAS)평분、대질병지식적인지도급치료의종성、호리만의도,이급술후감염솔、주원천수급비용등.결과 여상규호리조상비,우질호리조호리후SAS평분명현강저,대질병지식인지도、치료의종성、호리만의도균명현제고,술후감염솔、주원천수、주원비용균현저강저,차이유통계학의의(P＜0.05).결론 우질호리응용우경내경역행이담관조영술능구명현감소술후감염솔,제고환자적예후질량,유리우환자적조일강복,치득림상추엄.
Objective To study the curative effect and nursing experience of high quality nursing in the endoscopic retrograde cholangio-pancreatography (ERCP).Methods Ninety-eight patients who were treated by ERCP in our hospital during the period from September 2013 to January 2014 were randomized into the routine nursing group and the high quality nursing group with 49 patients in each group.The self rating anxiety scale(SAS) on pre and post nursing,disease knowledge recognition and treatment compliance,nursing satisfaction degree,postoperative infection rate,hospitalization time and cost in the two groups were observed and compared.Results Compared with the routine nursing group,the SAS scores on post-nursing were significantly reduced in the high quality nursing group with statistical difference(P ＜ 0.05),and the disease knowledge recognition,treatment compliance,and nursing satisfaction degree were obviously increased in the high quality nursing group with statistical difference(P ＜ 0.05) ; the postoperative infection rate,hospitalization time and cost were significantly decreased in the high quality nursing group with statistical difference (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions The high quality nursing in the endoscopic retrograde cholangio-pancreatography can significantly reduce the postoperative infection rate,improving the patients' prognosis quality,and help to the fasting recovery,so it is worthy of clinical promotion.
