目的:分析胎儿横纹肌瘤的超声诊断方法、技巧及结局,提高对胎儿心脏横纹肌瘤的诊断认识。方法:选择3例胎儿心脏肿瘤病例进行超声追踪随访,以四腔心为主要切面,同时取五腔心切面、大动脉短轴切面、左心长轴切面、心室短轴切面以及流出道长轴切面等,反复探查肿块形态、位置、数量、界限、活动度及同周边的关系,并结合彩色多普勒对心脏结构等进行评价。结果:3例资料中2例引产经病理证实为胎儿心脏横纹肌瘤,另1例要求继续妊娠者,随诊观察,每隔3~4周复查1次超声心动图追踪超声变化,随访至产后4个月,肿瘤有缩小情况。结论:超声心动图是诊断胎儿心脏横纹肌瘤的可靠方法,并可随时追踪其变化,在诊断胎儿横纹肌瘤中具有重要意义。
目的:分析胎兒橫紋肌瘤的超聲診斷方法、技巧及結跼,提高對胎兒心髒橫紋肌瘤的診斷認識。方法:選擇3例胎兒心髒腫瘤病例進行超聲追蹤隨訪,以四腔心為主要切麵,同時取五腔心切麵、大動脈短軸切麵、左心長軸切麵、心室短軸切麵以及流齣道長軸切麵等,反複探查腫塊形態、位置、數量、界限、活動度及同週邊的關繫,併結閤綵色多普勒對心髒結構等進行評價。結果:3例資料中2例引產經病理證實為胎兒心髒橫紋肌瘤,另1例要求繼續妊娠者,隨診觀察,每隔3~4週複查1次超聲心動圖追蹤超聲變化,隨訪至產後4箇月,腫瘤有縮小情況。結論:超聲心動圖是診斷胎兒心髒橫紋肌瘤的可靠方法,併可隨時追蹤其變化,在診斷胎兒橫紋肌瘤中具有重要意義。
목적:분석태인횡문기류적초성진단방법、기교급결국,제고대태인심장횡문기류적진단인식。방법:선택3례태인심장종류병례진행초성추종수방,이사강심위주요절면,동시취오강심절면、대동맥단축절면、좌심장축절면、심실단축절면이급류출도장축절면등,반복탐사종괴형태、위치、수량、계한、활동도급동주변적관계,병결합채색다보륵대심장결구등진행평개。결과:3례자료중2례인산경병리증실위태인심장횡문기류,령1례요구계속임신자,수진관찰,매격3~4주복사1차초성심동도추종초성변화,수방지산후4개월,종류유축소정황。결론:초성심동도시진단태인심장횡문기류적가고방법,병가수시추종기변화,재진단태인횡문기류중구유중요의의。
Objective: Analysis the uitrasound diagnosis skill and interpretation of result of fetal heart rhabdomyoma retrospectively. Methods:Choose in March 2010 to April 2014 in our hospital antenatal examination found cases of fetal cardiac tumor, 3 cases of ultrasonic follow-up, with four cavity heart as the main aspect, at the same time take five four-chamber view, artery short shaft section, long axis plane and left heart ventricles short shaft section, out of long shaft section such as repeated probe mass shape, location, number, and relationship with neighboring boundaries, mobility, and combined with color doppler to evaluate cardiac structure and so on. Results:Three cases data of 2 cases of induced labor confirmed by pathology for fetal cardiac rhabdomyoma, another 1 case requirements continue to pregnancy, follow-up observation, every three to four weeks to review 1 time echocardiography tracking ultrasonic change, followed up to postpartum 4 months, the tumor has narrowed. Conclusion:Echocardiogrphy is a reliable method in diagnosis of fetal cardiac rhabdomyoma, and may at any time to track the change, is of great significance in the diagnosis of fetal cardiac rhabdomyoma.
