目的:评价单光子发射计算机断层显像(SPECT)检查过程中患者和照顾者的受照剂量及患者附近的周围剂量当量率,探讨SPECT检查过程中加强辐射防护的重要性。方法:采用InLight型光激发光(OSL)剂量计测量SPECT患者注射药物99Tcm后3 d内照顾者的个人剂量当量Hp(10),用γ剂量率仪测量SPECT患者注射药物99Tcm后距患者不同距离及不同方向的周围剂量当量率H·*(10)。结果:SPECT患者佩戴的个人剂量当量Hp(10)在0.45~1.12 mSv之间,照顾者个人剂量当量Hp(10)在0.09~0.22 mSv之间。注射放射性药物99Tcm后患者体表周围剂量当量率较高,一定距离处的剂量率显著下降,注射后5.5 h的周围剂量当量率降至注射后即刻测量结果的15%~25%。结论:在SPECT检查过程中,患者注射放射性药物99Tcm后其周围辐射水平较高,应加强防护及管理,提高专业工作人员的防护意识。

Objective: To investigate the dose to patients and carers and the ambient dose equivalent rate in the field of near patient after administered 99Tcm radionuclide labeled compound during SPECT examination in order to improve radiation protection management in nuclear medicine. Methods:Personal dose equivalent Hp(10) to patients and carers was measured with Inlight type optically stimulated luminescence(OSL) dosimeters during 3 days exposure from SPECT examination. Theγdose rate instrument was used to detect the ambient dose equivalentrate H·*(10)in the field of near patient after administered 99Tcm radionuclide in the different direction and distance of the patient. Results: Personal dose equivalent Hp(10) to patients and carers ranged 0.45 mSv~1.12mSv and 0.09mSv~0.22mSv respectively. It was showed higher Hp(10) to patients than carers. In addition the ambient dose equivalent rate H ·*(10) on surface of the patient was higher than that in a certain distance or post 5.5 hours from administered 99Tcm radionuclide. Conclusion:It is important to strength the radiological protection management in the nuclear medicine because of high radiation dose to patients after administered 99mTc radionuclide.
