目的::探讨在急性心肌梗死诊断中使用高敏心肌肌钙蛋白T检测的临床价值。方法:选取我院2012年2月至2014年2月收治的急性心肌梗死患者82例作为研究对象,对其临床资料进行回顾性分析,设为观察组;选取同期于我院接受检查的健康人80例作为研究对象,设为对照组。所有患者均接受高敏心肌肌钙蛋白T检测,分析该检测应用于急性心肌梗死诊断中的临床价值。结果:AMI患者hs- cTnT阳性率显著高于CK- MB、cTnT阳性率,且于入院后4hhs- cTnT阳性率高达100%;观察组患者入院后不同时段心肌标志物浓度监测水平相较于对照组患者均出现程度不一的上升现象,对比差异明显(P<0.05)。结论:对于急性心肌梗死患者而言使用hs- cTNT检测可尽早诊断,同时对hs- cTNT浓度改变进行动态监测可对疑似心肌梗死患者予以鉴别诊断。

Objective To explore the clinical value of using the Gao Min cardiac troponin T detection in the diagnosis of acute myocardial infarction. In patients with acute myocardial infarction methods in our hospital in 2012 February to 2014 February were 82 cases as the research object, and the clinical data were retro-spectively analyzed, for the observation group;healthy people were selected in our hospital to accept the inspection of the 80 cases as the research object, set as the control group. All patients received the Gao Min cardiac troponin T detection, the clinical value of the detection analysis applied in the diagnosis of acute myocardial infarction. Results the positive rate of hs-cTnT in patients with AMI positive rate was significantly higher than that of CK-MB, cTnT, and 4hhs-cTnT after admission positive rate as high as 100%;the patients in observation group in different periods of myocardial markers concentration monitoring level compared with the control group patients showed rising phenomenon is not a degree, the contrast was significantly different (P<0.05). Conclusion for patients with acute myocardial infarction using hs-cTNT detection can be diagnosed early, at the same time on hs-cTNT concentration change dynamic monitoring for patients with suspected myocardial in-farction can be differential diagnosis.
