    改革开放以来，我国文化资本市场体系建设已取得一定成就，在总结成就的同时，指出我国文化资本市场体系建设中存在的问题与不足，并对其成因进行分析与研究。
    개혁개방이래，아국문화자본시장체계건설이취득일정성취，재총결성취적동시，지출아국문화자본시장체계건설중존재적문제여불족，병대기성인진행분석여연구。
    Since the reform and opening up,the construction of China’s cultural capital market system has-made some achievements.Based on the summary of a series of achievements,this paper points out the existing prob-lems in the construction of the capital market and the shortcomings,analyzes and researches their reasons.
