基底细胞癌多发生于曝光部位(如头颈部)，非暴露部位少有发生。我们报道1例发生于脐部和骶部基底细胞癌。患者，男，农民，40岁。脐部及骶部斑片5年余，脐部破溃1个月。组织病理符合基底细胞癌。
基底細胞癌多髮生于曝光部位(如頭頸部)，非暴露部位少有髮生。我們報道1例髮生于臍部和骶部基底細胞癌。患者，男，農民，40歲。臍部及骶部斑片5年餘，臍部破潰1箇月。組織病理符閤基底細胞癌。
기저세포암다발생우폭광부위(여두경부)，비폭로부위소유발생。아문보도1례발생우제부화저부기저세포암。환자，남，농민，40세。제부급저부반편5년여，제부파궤1개월。조직병리부합기저세포암。
Basal cell carcinoma ( BCC) usually occurs in the exposed parts of the body. We report a case of BCC arising on the navel and sacral area. A 40-year-old male presented with patch on the navel and sa-cral area for 5 years and ulcer on the navel for 1 month. The pathological feature is in accordance with the di-agnosis of BCC.
