目的 研究Bcl-2和Caspase-3蛋白在食管鳞癌(ESCC)组织中的表达及其意义.方法 选择70例食管鳞癌及20例正常食管黏膜组织,以免疫组化方法(S-P法)检测其中Bcl-2和Caspase-3蛋白的表达,分析其表达与食管鳞癌临床病理特征的关系及两蛋白之间的相关性.结果 Bcl-2、Caspase-3在正常食管黏膜组织和食管鳞癌组织中的表达差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);Bcl-2与食管鳞癌的分级、淋巴结转移及临床分期相关(P＜0.05),尚不能认为与性别、年龄相关(P＞0.05).Caspase-3与食管鳞癌的分级、淋巴结转移相关(P＜0.05),但尚不能认为与性别、年龄及临床分期相关(P＞0.05).在食管鳞癌中,Bcl-2与Caspase-3的表达呈负相关(r=-0.55,P＜0.05).结论 Bcl-2和Caspase-3可能参与了食管癌的发生、发展过程,Bcl-2对Caspase-3的表达可能具有一定的抑制作用,联合检测食管鳞癌组织中Bcl-2和Caspase-3蛋白的表达有助于食管癌患者的早期诊断及预后评估.

목적 연구Bcl-2화Caspase-3단백재식관린암(ESCC)조직중적표체급기의의.방법 선택70례식관린암급20례정상식관점막조직,이면역조화방법(S-P법)검측기중Bcl-2화Caspase-3단백적표체,분석기표체여식관린암림상병리특정적관계급량단백지간적상관성.결과 Bcl-2、Caspase-3재정상식관점막조직화식관린암조직중적표체차이유통계학의의(P＜0.05);Bcl-2여식관린암적분급、림파결전이급림상분기상관(P＜0.05),상불능인위여성별、년령상관(P＞0.05).Caspase-3여식관린암적분급、림파결전이상관(P＜0.05),단상불능인위여성별、년령급림상분기상관(P＞0.05).재식관린암중,Bcl-2여Caspase-3적표체정부상관(r=-0.55,P＜0.05).결론 Bcl-2화Caspase-3가능삼여료식관암적발생、발전과정,Bcl-2대Caspase-3적표체가능구유일정적억제작용,연합검측식관린암조직중Bcl-2화Caspase-3단백적표체유조우식관암환자적조기진단급예후평고.
Objective To study the expression and clinical significance of Bcl-2 and Caspase-3 in esophageal squamous carcinoma.Methods SP immunohistochemical technique was used to examine the expression of Bcl-2 and Caspase-3 in 70 cases of esophageal squamous carcinoma and 20 cases of normal esophageal mucosa,the relationship between expression and clinical pathological features of esophageal carcinoma and the correlations of them were analyzed.Results The expression of Bcl-2 and Caspase-3 were significantly different in normal esophageal mucosa and esophageal squamous carcinoma tissue (P ＜ 0.05);the expression of Bcl-2 were connected with classification,lymphnode metastasis and clinical stages (P ＜ 0.05),but there was no significance in gender and age(P ＞ 0.05).The expression of Caspase-3 were connected with classification and lymphnode metastasis (P ＜ 0.05);but there was no significance in gend,age and clinical stages(P ＞0.05).And the expression of Bcl-2 was negatively correlated with the expression of Caspase-3 in ESCC (r =-0.55,P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions The expression of Bcl-2 and Caspase-3 may participate in the occurrence and development of esophageal cancer,the expression of Bcl-2 may has a certain inhibitory effect on the expression of Caspase-3,simultaneous detection of the expression of Bcl-2 and Caspase-3 in esophageal carcinoma can improve the early diagnosis of esophageal carcinoma and evaluate the prognosis.
