目的 观察口腔颌面外科手术中应用内固定系统的效果.方法 选取2012年1月至2013年12月于平顶山第一人民医院进行口腔颌面外科手术治疗的64例患者作为研究对象,采用随机方式将其分为治疗组和对照组,每组32例,治疗组应用可吸收内固定系统,对照组应用坚固内固定系统,对两组患者的临床疗效进行观察和比较.结果 经治疗,治疗组临床疗效优良率为93.75％,对照组为75.0％,治疗组疗效明显优于对照组(P＜0.05),治疗组不良反应总发生率为9.4％,对照组为31.3％,治疗组明显少于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 口腔颌面外科手术应充分掌握其适应证,采用内固定系统进行治疗可获得确切疗效,其不仅操作便捷,且可有效减少不良反应,可在临床上推广.

목적 관찰구강합면외과수술중응용내고정계통적효과.방법 선취2012년1월지2013년12월우평정산제일인민의원진행구강합면외과수술치료적64례환자작위연구대상,채용수궤방식장기분위치료조화대조조,매조32례,치료조응용가흡수내고정계통,대조조응용견고내고정계통,대량조환자적림상료효진행관찰화비교.결과 경치료,치료조림상료효우량솔위93.75％,대조조위75.0％,치료조료효명현우우대조조(P＜0.05),치료조불량반응총발생솔위9.4％,대조조위31.3％,치료조명현소우대조조(P＜0.05).결론 구강합면외과수술응충분장악기괄응증,채용내고정계통진행치료가획득학절료효,기불부조작편첩,차가유효감소불량반응,가재림상상추엄.
Objective To observe the effect of fixed system application on oral and maxillofacial surgery operation.Methods Sixty-four patients were selected as the research objects who were treated for oral and maxillofacial surgery operation from January 2012 to December 2013 in the first people' s hospital of Pingdingshan.All the 64 patients were divided into two groups randomly,32 cases in the treatment group and 32 cases in the contrast group.The treatment group was given absorbable internal fixation system.The contrast group was given the rigid internal fixation system.The clinical efficacy of the two groups were observed and compared.Results After treatment,the excellent and good rate in the treatment group reached 93.75％,and which was 75％ in the contrast group.The effect of treatment group was significantly better than the effect of control group (P ＜ 0.05).The total incidence of adverse reaction rate of treatment group was 9.4％,while the contrast group was 31.3％.The total incidence of adverse reaction of treatment group was significantly less than that of control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions The operation of oral and maxillofacial surgery should master the indications.The internal fixation system for treatment can obtain the exact effect,which not only has convenient operation and can effectively reduce the adverse reactions,and can be popularized in clinic.
