目的 探讨肺结核并2型糖尿病患者抗结核治疗效果与血糖波动的相关性.方法 选择肺结核并2型糖尿病患者120例进行研究,所有患者均按照初治方案进行治疗,并依据患者的实际血糖波动情况予以分组分析.结果 治疗2个月、6个月末,血糖波动较小组的患者在痰菌阴转率和病灶吸收有效率方面均显著优于血糖波动较大组,差异均有统计学意义(均P＜0.05).结论 肺结核并2型糖尿病患者抗结核治疗效果和血糖波动之间具有一定的相关性,如果患者的血糖波动较大,会降低抗结核治疗的临床效果.

목적 탐토폐결핵병2형당뇨병환자항결핵치료효과여혈당파동적상관성.방법 선택폐결핵병2형당뇨병환자120례진행연구,소유환자균안조초치방안진행치료,병의거환자적실제혈당파동정황여이분조분석.결과 치료2개월、6개월말,혈당파동교소조적환자재담균음전솔화병조흡수유효솔방면균현저우우혈당파동교대조,차이균유통계학의의(균P＜0.05).결론 폐결핵병2형당뇨병환자항결핵치료효과화혈당파동지간구유일정적상관성,여과환자적혈당파동교대,회강저항결핵치료적림상효과.
Objective To investigate the effect of anti tuberculosis treatment on pulmonary tuberculosis patients with type 2 diabetes and to analyze the relativity with blood glucose fluctuation.Methods Selected 120 pulmonary tuberculosis patients with type 2 diabetes.All of the patients were in accordance with the initial treatment regimen,and they were divided and analyzed based on the actual blood glucose fluctuation of the patients.Results The sputum negative conversion rate and focus absorption efficiency of the group with blood glucose fluctuation were significantly better than the blood glucose fluctuation group at 2 months,6 months after treatment,the differences were all significant (P all ＜ 0.05).Conclusions Anti tuberculosis treatment have certain correlation with blood glucose fluctuation in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis and type 2 diabetes,if the patient's blood glucose has big fluctuations,it will reduce the clinical effect of anti tuberculosis treatment.
