通过双因素田间试验设计研究了不同长度插穗(M)和母株不同部位剪取的插穗(N )对沉水樟扦插快繁试验生根率、生根数的影响差异,还通过3因素3水平田间正交试验设计 L9(34)研究了不同种类生根促进剂(P)、不同插穗基部下切口型(H )、不同木质化程度插穗(G),对沉水樟扦插育苗生根率、生根数和生根长的影响差异。试验结果表明:沉水樟扦插快繁试验中采用M3 N2组合效果最好,即插穗长度为14 cm(M3)结合母株中部剪取的插穗(N2)对沉水樟扦插快繁生根效果最好,平均生根率达84.9%、平均生根数达到10.6条。采用生根促进剂 ABT-1#(P1)+插穗基部下切口型采用双削面(H2)+半木质化的绿枝(G2),即 P1 H2G2组合最佳,平均生根率达到86.6%,平均生根数达到12.6条,平均生根长达到15.7 cm。

Influencing differences of different lengths of cuttings (M)and cuttings cut from different parts of mother plants (N)on rooting rate and root number of Cinnamomun micranthum were studied through two-factor experi-ment design.Influencing differences of different kinds of rooting accelerators (P),different base of cutting surface (H),different degree of lignification (G)on rooting rate,root number and root length of C.micranthum were studied through three-factor & three-level orthogonal test design for field L9 (34 ).Result shows that in the cutting propagation experiment for C.micranthum,adopting M3 N2 can obtain the optimal effect,that is,cutting propaga-tion of C.micranthum can obtain optimal effect by adopting cutting length being 14 cm (M3 )+ cuttings cut from the middle part of mother trees (N2 ),the mean rooting rate being 84.9%,the mean root number being 10.6.Roo-ting accelerator ABT-1# by (P1 )+ base of cutting surface adopting double-cutting-side (H2 )+ semi-lignified green branch (G2 ),namely P1 H2 G2 is the optimal combination,the mean rooting rate ,the mean root number &the mean rooting length being 86.6%,12.6 & 15.7 cm,respectively.
