Rizhao Steel adopted the energy management contracting (EMC) mode to re-alize H-voltage frequency-changing energy saving technical transformation of the pumps and fans in the lift pumping system for turbid circulating water, turbid circulating water supply pumping system, water supply system for the heating furnace, purified circulating water supply system for the workshop and purified circulating water lifting system. The goal of energy sav-ing and emission reduction has been achieved through these transformation programs.
