回顾分析经手术及病理证实的34例隆突性皮肤纤维肉瘤临床资料。经典型19例、黏液型8例、纤维肉瘤型3例、萎缩型2例、色素型2例。组织病理示：真皮中下层及皮下脂肪可见大小基本一致的梭形肿瘤细胞呈席纹状、车辐状排列,深入并分割皮下脂肪,可见蜂窝状结构。免疫组化示：Vim-entin阳性率100％,CD34阳性率100％, CD68阳性率17.6％,S－100阳性率11.8％。

The clinical data of 34 patients with dermatofibrosarcoma protuberans was analyzed. The pa-tients included classical type ( 19 cases) , myxoid type ( 8 cases) fibrosarcoma type ( 3 cases) , atrophic type (2 cases) and pigment type (2 cases). Biopsy showed the spindle-shaped cells arranged in storiform and wheel shape, extending to adipose layer. Immunohistochemical staining showed that the tumor cells were posi-tive for vimentin (100%), CD34 (100%), CD68 (17.6%) and S-100 (11.8%).
