莱钢能源动力厂在保障生产的前提下对浊环高压水进行了减量25%;层流供水量减少30%;对两台浊环上塔泵进行相应的优化改造,使之适应了现有生产模式的需要,还得到了很好的节能效果,而且水泵运行数量的降低,带来了维修成本的降低,降低了职工劳动强度,减少了停机时间。

To lower production consumption, the power plant of Laiwu Steel reduced the supply volume of high-pressure turbid circulating water by 25% and laminar water by 30%under the premise of ensuring the needs of production. For this purpose the plant carried out corresponding upgrading transformation of the two turbid circulating tower pumps to adapt to the needs of existing production mode, which has not only brought good energy saving effect but also reduced maintenance cost, the labor intensity of operators as well as system shutdown time with less pumps.
