以车道被占用影响城市道路这种异常事件为例,分析并解决了实际通行能力、事故持续时间、路段上游通行能力与车辆排队长度的关系。根据时间与累计通过标准车当量数之间的直线关系,通过直线拟合的方法,得出发生事故前后的实际平均通行能力分别为0.3662(pcu/s)和0.3476(pcu/s),在交通事故发生后通行能力减小;建立时间与累计通过标准车当量数之间的向前差分模型,结论:事故前后实际通行能力随时间呈现出周期性的变化,周期约为60s,与红绿灯周期大致吻合,最后建立了事故发生到撤离的分段线性模型。

this paper has taken the unexpected incident as an example,which Lane occupied leads to Ur-ban road traffic capacity,analyzed and solved actual capacity,incident duration and the relation between capacity and vehicle queue length.According to the line relation between time and accumulated passenger car unit,combined with the linear fitting,computed that the actual average capacity are respectively 0. 3662 and 0.3476(pcu/s)before-and-after incident,which reveals the capacity reduces after accident. Build the forward difference model between time and accumulated Passenger Car Unit,drew a conclusion that the actual capacity presents a periodic changes as time before-and after accident and the period lasts for 60 seconds,which is roughly consistent with the traffic lights cycle,finally build the split-line model from the accident to evacuate.
