目的：主要针对脑出血、脑梗、颅脑损伤、心脑血管疾病后遗症期、高位截瘫、休克、四肢骨折、心力衰竭的患者和各种重大疾病恢复期体质虚弱者及大面积烧伤等长期卧床患者的取卧位、压疮预防与治疗、骨折肢体的肿胀与疼痛、烧伤感染的预防与保暖等相关问题，进行一项多功能可移动分离式病人支架的研究。方法：将该支架应用于以上患者人群，验证该项研究的临床实用性。结果：经过132例临床适应症的应用，可达到有效地预防压疮的发生，利于已形成的压疮干燥结痂，创面愈合，骨折肢体的肿胀疼痛减轻，防止烧伤创面飞尘落入，有效地保护创面及保暖，与对照组相比，有明显的差异性（p ＜0．05）。结论：该研究成果可以提高病人的生存质量，减少并发症，提高治疗率，减轻护士工作量，节约护理人力资源，缩短住院天数，减少医疗费，减少医疗纠纷。
목적：주요침대뇌출혈、뇌경、로뇌손상、심뇌혈관질병후유증기、고위절탄、휴극、사지골절、심력쇠갈적환자화각충중대질병회복기체질허약자급대면적소상등장기와상환자적취와위、압창예방여치료、골절지체적종창여동통、소상감염적예방여보난등상관문제，진행일항다공능가이동분리식병인지가적연구。방법：장해지가응용우이상환자인군，험증해항연구적림상실용성。결과：경과132례림상괄응증적응용，가체도유효지예방압창적발생，리우이형성적압창간조결가，창면유합，골절지체적종창동통감경，방지소상창면비진락입，유효지보호창면급보난，여대조조상비，유명현적차이성（p ＜0．05）。결론：해연구성과가이제고병인적생존질량，감소병발증，제고치료솔，감경호사공작량，절약호리인력자원，축단주원천수，감소의료비，감소의료규분。
Objective To develope a support, mainly used for cerebral hemorrhage, cerebral infarction, brain injury, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease sequela period, paraplegia, shock, fracture of limbs,heart failure patients, a variety of major diseases convalescent physical weakness and large area burns and other long-term bedridden patients with decubitus, and pressure ulcer prevention and treat-ment,fracture limb swelling and pain burn,infection prevention and thermal protection and other related issues.Methods The support is used in the patient population above,vetify that the study of the clinical practicability.Results After132 example clinical indications for use,can achieve effective prevention of pressure sore occurrence,benefit has been formed of pressure sores dry eschar,wound healing,fracture limb swelling and pain relief, prevention of burn wound of dust fall, effectively protect the wound and warm,compared with the control group,there were significant differences (P<0.05).Conclusion The research results can improve the quality of life of patients,reduce the complications,improve the treatment rate,reduce the workload of nurses,nursing human resource conservation,shorten the length of hospital stay,reduce medical costs,reduce medical disputes.
