采用国际通用采样方法,在秋季对兴隆山实验区边缘地带7个样点土壤动物群落进行调查研究,比较分析土壤动物群落组成、多样性、垂直分布特征。结果表明:①共捕获土壤动物390只,隶属于3门5纲6目18类,其中优势类群为弹尾目、真螨目、双翅目幼虫,占总捕获量的77.69%。②土壤动物群落结构与多样性存在差异,H′为1#>4#>5#>2#>7#>6#>3#,C 为3#>6#>7#>2#>5#>4#>1#。③不同样点土壤动物的垂直分布具有明显的表聚特征,即随着土壤深度的增加土壤动物类群数和个体数量逐渐减少。研究结果为进一步开展保护区土壤动物生态学研究提供了基础资料。

For understanding the characteristics of community structure,diversity and vertical distribution of soil animal at 7 plots in fringe areas of Xinglong Mountain National Nature Reserve,an investigation was conducted in autumn by field sampling method.Results are as follows:1 ) A total of 18 groups and 390 soil animal were captured,belonging to 3 phylas,5 classes,6 orders.The dominant groups of soil ani-mal included Collembola,Acariformes,Diptera accounted for 77.69%of the total samples.2) There were significantly variations in the composition and individuals of soil animal community.The order of diversity index H′in each community was 1#>4# >5# >2# >7# >6# >3#,C in each community was 3# >6# >7#>2# >5# >4# >1#.3 ) The vertical distribution of the groups and individuals density in soil profile showed surface accumulation in the layer of 0~5 cm and declined with depth increasing of soil layer.These re-sults will provide useful data for ecological study of soil animal in Nature Reserve.
