根据太钢450m2烧结机活性焦烟气净化系统运行参数,计算并分析了粉尘对吸附塔内活性焦的最大堵塞量及系统内实际残留的粉尘量,并得出了经电除尘后的烧结烟气含尘量对活性焦吸附/解析特性没有破坏性影响的结论。

Based on the operation data of the 450m2 sintering machine in TISCO, the maximum quantity of activated coke jammed by sintering dust in the adsorption tower and the actual quantity of residual sintering dust in the system are calculated and analyzed. It is concluded that the dust content in sintering flue gas after ESP treatment will not produce destructive effect on the adsorption/desorption properties of activated coke.
