在合成形状记忆聚氨酯(SMPU)的过程中,加入经过 KH550表面处理后的纳米 SiO 2-TiO 2复合粒子,制备了新型的纳米 SiO 2-TiO 2形状记忆聚氨酯复合材料。讨论了改性形状记忆聚氨酯产品的形状记忆性能、力学性能和热性能等。研究结果表明:随着纳米 SiO 2比例的增加,复合产品形状固定率有所增加而形状回复率减小;当纳米 SiO 2与 TiO 2的配比为2:8时,复合材料的力学性能增加,但随着纳米 SiO 2所占比例的增加,复合材料的力学性能反而减小;复合材料的热变形温度和维卡软化点均有所提高。
在閤成形狀記憶聚氨酯(SMPU)的過程中,加入經過 KH550錶麵處理後的納米 SiO 2-TiO 2複閤粒子,製備瞭新型的納米 SiO 2-TiO 2形狀記憶聚氨酯複閤材料。討論瞭改性形狀記憶聚氨酯產品的形狀記憶性能、力學性能和熱性能等。研究結果錶明:隨著納米 SiO 2比例的增加,複閤產品形狀固定率有所增加而形狀迴複率減小;噹納米 SiO 2與 TiO 2的配比為2:8時,複閤材料的力學性能增加,但隨著納米 SiO 2所佔比例的增加,複閤材料的力學性能反而減小;複閤材料的熱變形溫度和維卡軟化點均有所提高。
재합성형상기억취안지(SMPU)적과정중,가입경과 KH550표면처리후적납미 SiO 2-TiO 2복합입자,제비료신형적납미 SiO 2-TiO 2형상기억취안지복합재료。토론료개성형상기억취안지산품적형상기억성능、역학성능화열성능등。연구결과표명:수착납미 SiO 2비례적증가,복합산품형상고정솔유소증가이형상회복솔감소;당납미 SiO 2여 TiO 2적배비위2:8시,복합재료적역학성능증가,단수착납미 SiO 2소점비례적증가,복합재료적역학성능반이감소;복합재료적열변형온도화유잡연화점균유소제고。
During the synthesis of shape memorypolyurethane(SMPU),a new composite material of nano SiO 2-TiO 2 SMPU was prepared through adding the nano SiO 2-TiO 2 composite particles after the surface treatment of KH550.Some performances of modified SMUP product,such as the shape memory capability,mechanical behavior,thermal property and so on,were discussed.The results of the research show that the shape fixed rate of such composite material is increased and recovery rate is decreased with the increase of nano SiO 2 ratio.When the ratio of SiO 2 and TiO 2 was 2 :8,the mechanical behavior was improved;On the contrary,with the increase of nano SiO 2 ratio,the mechanical behavior was degraded. Both the hot deformation temperature and the vicat softening point were all enhanced.
