以尿素铁配合物和三乙二醇为原料,采用溶剂热法-原位氧化法制备了水分散性γ-Fe2 O 3纳米粒子。通过 X 射线衍射(XRD)、差热-热重分析(DTA-TG)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、N2吸附-脱附(BET)、孔径分布(BJH)和磁性测试(VSM)等分析手段,对样品进行了表征。结果表明,得到的样品为具有介孔结构的纯γ-Fe2 O 3纳米粒子,在室温下为超顺磁性,且具有较高的饱和磁矩和很好的水分散稳定性。

이뇨소철배합물화삼을이순위원료,채용용제열법-원위양화법제비료수분산성γ-Fe2 O 3납미입자。통과 X 사선연사(XRD)、차열-열중분석(DTA-TG)、투사전자현미경(TEM)、N2흡부-탈부(BET)、공경분포(BJH)화자성측시(VSM)등분석수단,대양품진행료표정。결과표명,득도적양품위구유개공결구적순γ-Fe2 O 3납미입자,재실온하위초순자성,차구유교고적포화자구화흔호적수분산은정성。
In this work,water dispersible γ-Fe2 O 3 nanoparticles were successfully prepared by solvo-thermal methed-oxidation method,with Fe-ruea complex and triethylene glycol as raw materials.The product was characterized by means of X-ray powder diffraction (XRD),differential thermogravimetric analysis(DTA-TG),transmission electron microscope(TEM),N2 adsorption-desorption(BET),pore size distribution (BJH ) and magnetic measurements (VSM ).The results show that the pure γ-Fe2 O 3 nanoparticles with porous structure can be obtained by this method.The synthesized γ-Fe2 O 3 nanoparticles possess superparamagnetic properties with a high saturation magnetization at room temperature and good dispersibility in water.
