目的 探讨老年患者口腔修复的方法及效果.方法 回顾性分析郑州市口腔医院修复科2013年1月至2014年1月行口腔修复治疗100例患者的口腔修复资料.结果 100例中痊愈54例,占54％;有效42例,占42％;无效4例,占4％,临床总有效率为96％.其中使用活动义齿修复占74％,上下牙列间咬(牙合)关系修复占54％.结论 老年患者牙齿易折损、牙根管变细、牙槽骨黏膜变薄,对老年口腔疾病特点展开分析,并制定个体化治疗方案,对保障预后,改善老年患者生存质量有非常重要的意义,值得临床广泛关注.

목적 탐토노년환자구강수복적방법급효과.방법 회고성분석정주시구강의원수복과2013년1월지2014년1월행구강수복치료100례환자적구강수복자료.결과 100례중전유54례,점54％;유효42례,점42％;무효4례,점4％,림상총유효솔위96％.기중사용활동의치수복점74％,상하아렬간교(아합)관계수복점54％.결론 노년환자아치역절손、아근관변세、아조골점막변박,대노년구강질병특점전개분석,병제정개체화치료방안,대보장예후,개선노년환자생존질량유비상중요적의의,치득림상엄범관주.
Objective To investigated the dental restoration in elderly patients.Methods From January 2013 to January 2014,the dental restoration data of 100 elderly patients in the repair department of our hospital were retrospectively analyzed.Results Fifty-four cases were cured,accounting for 54％ ; effective in 42 cases,accounting for 42％ ; invalid in 4 cases,accounting for 4％,the total effective rate was 96％.The use of removable partial denture accounted for 74％,and the occlusal relationship between the upper and lower dentition repair accounted for 54％.Conclusions Elderly patients with tooth easily broken,root canal tapers,alveolar mucosa thinning,the analysis of the characteristics of aged patients with oral diseases,and individualized treatment,prognosis of security,has very important significance to improve the quality of life for patients,so it is worthy of wide clinical attention.
