近些年来，会展旅游发展迅速，发展优势独特，由此吸引了越来越多学者的关注和研究。“世园会”的举办将为唐山的发展带来前所未有的机遇，同时也会带来众多的挑战。在“首都经济圈一体化”的国家战略眼光下，以“世园会”的举办为背景，对唐山会展旅游发展条件进行SWOT分析。在此基础上，通过构建TOWS矩阵以提出相应的策略，研究结果可为唐山市会展旅游的发展提供借鉴性参考。
근사년래，회전여유발전신속，발전우세독특，유차흡인료월래월다학자적관주화연구。“세완회”적거판장위당산적발전대래전소미유적궤우，동시야회대래음다적도전。재“수도경제권일체화”적국가전략안광하，이“세완회”적거판위배경，대당산회전여유발전조건진행SWOT분석。재차기출상，통과구건TOWS구진이제출상응적책략，연구결과가위당산시회전여유적발전제공차감성삼고。
In recent years, the rapid and unique development advantage of MICE tourism, has attracted more and more attention and research from academic experts."World Horticultural Exposition"is expected to bring unprecedented op-portunities, as well as challenges, for the development of Tangshan city. Under China's strategic plan of"Integration of Beijing Economic Rim"and the background of holding"World Horticultural Exposition", this paper carries out a SWOT analysis for the development of MICE tourism in Tangshan, and then constructs a TOWS matrix to put forward some cor-responding strategies, which are supposed to be conducive references for the development of MICE tourism in Tangshan city.
