目的 探讨肝脏炎性假瘤的声像图特征,提高对肝脏炎性假瘤的认识.方法 从超声原理及病理学角度对该病声像图形成的原理进行初步的分析探讨.结果 经手术和病理证实,超声多表现为较均质的低回声团块,边界尚清楚,异常回声区内有时可见小圆形液性暗区,肿块直径多＜5 cm,对边周血管无浸蚀包绕现象.结论 超声显像是肝脏炎性假瘤临床诊断中十分有价值的检测项目.

목적 탐토간장염성가류적성상도특정,제고대간장염성가류적인식.방법 종초성원리급병이학각도대해병성상도형성적원리진행초보적분석탐토.결과 경수술화병리증실,초성다표현위교균질적저회성단괴,변계상청초,이상회성구내유시가견소원형액성암구,종괴직경다＜5 cm,대변주혈관무침식포요현상.결론 초성현상시간장염성가류림상진단중십분유개치적검측항목.
Objective To investigate the sonographic features of inflammatory pseudotumor of the liver,and to improve the understanding of inflammatory pseudotumor of the liver.Methods Ultrasonic principle and method from the view of pathology were discussed on the principle of the disease image formation.Results The results confirmed by operation and pathology,ultrasound showed a hypoechoic mass with homogeneous.It was clear,boundary,abnormal echo area sometimes visible small circular liquid dark area,tumor diameter ＜ 5 cm,no erosion on peripheral vascular wrapping phenomenon.Conclusions Ultrasonic imaging detection project in clinical diagnosis of inflammatory pseudotumor in the liver is very valuable.
