陶瓷注射成型是一种可近净尺寸的成型工艺。它主要包括了四个阶段:混炼、注射、脱脂、烧结,其中脱脂是最复杂和最重要的环节。本文详细介绍了热脱脂、溶剂萃取脱脂和催化脱脂的脱脂原理,对于各种脱脂工艺优缺点进行介绍和比较,并且对这几种脱脂技术的研究与应用进展做了综述。

Ceramic injection molding is a forming process for products of near net sizes. It mainly includes four stages: mixing, injection, debinding, and sintering. Debinding is one of the most complex and important steps. This paper introduces in detail the degreasing principles for thermal debinding, solvent extraction debinding and catalytic debinding. The advantages and disadvantages of various techniques are introduced and compared. And the progress in research and application of these degreasing techniques are reviewed.
