目的：：明确梅毒患者性伴的发病情况,为梅毒防治提供依据。方法：对166例首诊为梅毒的患者及其固定性伴的临床资料进行分析。结果：103对(62％)固定性伴侣同患梅毒,其中96对性伴双方就诊时,梅毒血清学试验同为阳性,7对在性伴一方出现阳性1~3个月后另一方转为阳性。性伴被追踪而诊断的主要为潜伏梅毒占75.8％。结论：性伴同患梅毒的比率较高,以潜伏梅毒为主,必须加强对梅毒患者性伴侣的筛查和追踪。
목적：：명학매독환자성반적발병정황,위매독방치제공의거。방법：대166례수진위매독적환자급기고정성반적림상자료진행분석。결과：103대(62％)고정성반려동환매독,기중96대성반쌍방취진시,매독혈청학시험동위양성,7대재성반일방출현양성1~3개월후령일방전위양성。성반피추종이진단적주요위잠복매독점75.8％。결론：성반동환매독적비솔교고,이잠복매독위주,필수가강대매독환자성반려적사사화추종。
Objective:To determine the prevalence of syphilis and their sexual partners, to provide basic information for intervention. Methods:The clinical data of 166 patients firstly diagnosed as syphilis and their fixed sexual partners was analyzed. Results:There were 103 pair partners ( 62%) both infected with syphilis. The serological tests for syphilis of ninety-six pairs of sexual partners were positive on the first visit. Only one party out of 7 pairs of sexual partners, was positive on the first visit and the others were positive after 1~3 months. The common type of syphilis in the patients ’ sexual partners was latent syphilis ( 75. 8%) . Conclusion:The rate of sexual partners both infected with syphilis is high and the common type is latent syphilis, so it is necessary to strengthen the screening for sexual partners of the patients with syphilis.
