职业素养是当前职业教育领域讨论较多的话题。但是其概念的界定现在仍然存在争议,主要分歧在是否应当对职业素养进行宽泛的定义。相关的另外一个问题是职业素养与知识、技能、职业能力等概念之间的区分没有得到有效明确。为解决概念辨析的问题,首先考虑其提出的原因和背景,主要抓住职业素养的价值特性,其次要考虑语义及使用习惯,然后理顺概念之间的因果顺序,最后综合这些因素得出有关职业素养的理论框架。职业素养分类,其与职业能力概念的辨析等问题由此得到解决。

Although widely used in the field of vocational education, the concept of career literacy still needs to be clarified. The major controversy lies in whether an extensive concept of it should be adopted or not. Another problem concerning the issue is that its definition usually blurs with knowledge, skill, ability, etc. In view of this, this paper suggests that, in utiliz-ing the concept of career literacy, its background, how it came into being, and especially its core value should be firstly tak-en into account;then its semantic meaning and pragmatic use should be considered;after that, related concepts should be re-arranged sequentially;and finally, a theoretic framework of career literacy is readily available by considering the previ-ous factors comprehensively. In so doing, all the problems relating to concept distinction could be solved.
