目的：探讨慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期患者静脉血栓栓塞症发生情况及其预防措施。方法：选取350例慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期患者为观察对象，收集患者的临床资料，根据患者住院期间是否发生静脉血栓栓塞症将其分为静脉血栓栓塞症组和非静脉血栓栓塞症组，探讨慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期患者静脉血栓栓塞症发生情况并提出针对性预防措施。结果：患者性别、住院时间及 D－二聚体水平与静脉血栓栓塞症的发生有明显相关性，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0．05）。结论：慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者在急性加重期发生静脉血栓栓塞症受到很多因素影响，应该给予针对性的治疗。
목적：탐토만성조새성폐질병급성가중기환자정맥혈전전새증발생정황급기예방조시。방법：선취350례만성조새성폐질병급성가중기환자위관찰대상，수집환자적림상자료，근거환자주원기간시부발생정맥혈전전새증장기분위정맥혈전전새증조화비정맥혈전전새증조，탐토만성조새성폐질병급성가중기환자정맥혈전전새증발생정황병제출침대성예방조시。결과：환자성별、주원시간급 D－이취체수평여정맥혈전전새증적발생유명현상관성，차이유통계학의의（P ＜0．05）。결론：만성조새성폐질병환자재급성가중기발생정맥혈전전새증수도흔다인소영향，응해급여침대성적치료。
Objective Patients with venous thromboembolism occurrence andprevention measures were explored in acute exacerba-tion of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods The period were selected as the object of observation of acute exacerbation of our hospital 350 cases of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,clinical data were collected,according to whether the patients hospital-ized during the occurrence of venous thromboembolism will be divided into venous thromboembolism group and nonvenous thromboem-bolism group,the exploring period in patients with venous thromboembolism occurrence and put forward the preventive measures of a-cute exacerbations of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Results Patients with gender,hospitalization time and the level of D -di-mer andvenous thromboembolism was significant correlation,and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).Conclusion Patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in acute exacerbation of venous thromboembolism is affected by many factors, should be given specific treatment,and clinical study on the significance and value of higher.
