知识型员工的选聘,是企业在高度竞争的市场环境中提升其地位,为股东创造价值的关键所在。利用改进后的风险矩阵法(即Borda序值法)对知识型员工的选聘失败风险进行了分析;结合案例,根据知识型员工的选聘流程中的各个风险发生后的影响程度和发生概率,计算出各风险的Borda序值数,并对Borda序值数排序最高的两个风险进行了策略分析。

The knowledge type employee selection and hiring is considered as a key issue to enhance the position of en-terprises in a highly competitive market environment and create greater value for shareholders. By taking the advantage of matrix method (Borda method) , this paper first analyzes the risks of knowledge type employee selection and hiring, then calculates the Borda count value of all risks in the procedures of selection and hiring based on the degree of influ-ence and possibility of occurrence of a real case, and finally provides some coping strategies for the two risks with the highest Borda count value.
