研究了石墨炉原子吸收法测硒的工作条件,采用标准加入法进行基体匹配,氯化钯作为基体改进剂提高灰化温度,氘灯系统扣除背景干扰。试验结果表明,采用氯化钯为基体改进剂,灰化和原子化温度分别为1200℃和2400℃时,方法检出限为0.13 ng/mL,线性范围1.3~50 ng/mL,方法回收率高于85%,该方法灵敏度高,操作简便快捷,可用于测定全血中的硒。

This paper carried out an experiment on the working conditions of graphite furnace atomic absorption spec-trometry to determine selenium. In the experiment, pig whole blood was added by using standard addition method to match the matrix, palladium chloride was used as a matrix modifier to raise the ashing temperature, and deuterium lamp was used as background correction system. The experiment shows that the optimized ashing temperature and atomization temperature is 1 200 DEG and 2 400 DEG C respectively on condition of using the matrix modifier palladium chloride, detection limit and linear range is 0.13 ng/mL and 1.3~50 ng/mL respectively, and recovery rate is greater than 85%. The method is highly sensitive, simple and efficient for the determination of selenium in whole blood.
