风冷冰箱要定期化霜来保证制冷系统高效运行,因此需要不断优化化霜系统来提高化霜效果,同时又不能增加耗电量和降低产品品质。为了达到更好的化霜效果,通过调整风冷冰箱的化霜加热器功率和化霜的退出条件,优化了化霜系统。经实验对比优化前和优化后的化霜系统,发现化霜效果明显改善,达到了优化目的。

It is essential to defrost a frost-free refrigerator regularly in order to ensure a sound performance of its cooling system. Thus, the effectiveness of the defrost system is of great importance, which needs to be raised on the condition that it does not increase energy consumption and lower product quality. In view of this, the author carried out an experi-ment which indicates that the defrost system could be greatly optimized by adjusting the power of defrost heater as well as improving its withdrawal mechanism.
