目的：探讨慢性肺源性心脏病合并冠心病的治疗方法并观察其治疗效果。方法：选择76例慢性肺源性心脏病合并冠心病患者作为研究对象，将其随机分为实验组和对照组，每组38例。对照组接受肝素、藻酸双酯钠等治疗，实验组患者在对照组基础上使用硝酸酯类药物进行冠心病的治疗，比较两组患者的临床症状改善和心电图情况。结果：实验组患者心绞痛、心肌梗死、呼吸困难、心悸、缺血性 ST －T 改变等的发生率要明显低于对照组（P ＜0．05）；实验组治疗总有效率为93．8％，对照组治疗总有效率为60．5％，两组患者治疗效果具有统计学差异（P ＜0．05）。结论：治疗慢性肺源性心脏病合并冠心病时，要采用综合治疗方式，在治疗肺心病基础上使用硝酸酯类药物进行冠心病治疗，才能取得满意的临床效果。
목적：탐토만성폐원성심장병합병관심병적치료방법병관찰기치료효과。방법：선택76례만성폐원성심장병합병관심병환자작위연구대상，장기수궤분위실험조화대조조，매조38례。대조조접수간소、조산쌍지납등치료，실험조환자재대조조기출상사용초산지류약물진행관심병적치료，비교량조환자적림상증상개선화심전도정황。결과：실험조환자심교통、심기경사、호흡곤난、심계、결혈성 ST －T 개변등적발생솔요명현저우대조조（P ＜0．05）；실험조치료총유효솔위93．8％，대조조치료총유효솔위60．5％，량조환자치료효과구유통계학차이（P ＜0．05）。결론：치료만성폐원성심장병합병관심병시，요채용종합치료방식，재치료폐심병기출상사용초산지류약물진행관심병치료，재능취득만의적림상효과。
Objective o focus on and to explore the clinical characteristics of chronic pulmonary heart disease complicated with coronary heart disease.Methods Select 76 cases of chronic pulmonary heart disease complicated with coronary heart disease.were ret-rospectively analysed.The patients were randomly divided into 2 groups,experimental group a total of 38 cases of and the control group a total of 38 cases.The Control group patients were received heparin and sodium alginate double ester treatment,while the experimen-tal group patients were received pulmonale treatment on the basis of using nitrate medications for the treatment of coronary heart dis-ease,compared two groups of patients `clinical symptoms and electrocardiogram.Results The experimental group of angina,myocardi-al infarction,heart palpitations,left heart border expanding,dyspnea incidence was signi cantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.05),the experimental groups of patients with ischemic ST -T changes,left axis deviation,bundle branch block,old myocar-dial infarction incidence was signi cantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.05).After treatment,the experimental group to-tal effective rate of the patients was 93.8%,the control group was 60.5%,treatment effect was significant difference in both groups (P <0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of chronic cor pulmonale with coronary heart disease (CHD),comprehensive way should be adopted based on using nitrate medications for the treatment of coronary heart disease to obtain satisfactory clinical effect.
