目的：测定 ICU 的急性肾损伤（AKI）患者和 ICU 非 AKI 患者的血清胱抑素－C （Cys C）、尿素氮、肌酐及β2－MG 的水平，研究 Cys C 在 AKI 早期诊断中的应用价值。方法：采用日立7060全自动生化分析仪测定 ICU AKI 患者33例和 ICU 非 AKI 患者26例的Cys C、尿素、肌酐和β2－MG。结果：AKI 患者的血清 Cys C 水平较 ICU 非 AKI 对照组升高，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0．05）；[Cys C]－1与 eGFR 呈正相关，（r ＝0．754，P ＜0．001）；与 AKI 分期差异无统计学意义（P ＞0．05）。结论：血清 Cys C 可以做为 ICU 病人发生 AKI 的早期诊断指标，为 AKI 的及时诊断和肾功能的评估提供了可靠的依据，有助于临床更好的把握治疗时机。
목적：측정 ICU 적급성신손상（AKI）환자화 ICU 비 AKI 환자적혈청광억소－C （Cys C）、뇨소담、기항급β2－MG 적수평，연구 Cys C 재 AKI 조기진단중적응용개치。방법：채용일립7060전자동생화분석의측정 ICU AKI 환자33례화 ICU 비 AKI 환자26례적Cys C、뇨소、기항화β2－MG。결과：AKI 환자적혈청 Cys C 수평교 ICU 비 AKI 대조조승고，차이유통계학의의（P ＜0．05）；[Cys C]－1여 eGFR 정정상관，（r ＝0．754，P ＜0．001）；여 AKI 분기차이무통계학의의（P ＞0．05）。결론：혈청 Cys C 가이주위 ICU 병인발생 AKI 적조기진단지표，위 AKI 적급시진단화신공능적평고제공료가고적의거，유조우림상경호적파악치료시궤。
Objective To explore the applied value of Cystatin C (Cys C)in acute kidney injury (AKI)with the detection of Cys C,BUN,Cr ,and β2 -MG in ICU AKI patients and ICU non -AKI patients.Methods In this study,59 patients were collected. They were divided into two groups,including 33 cases with AKI and 26 cases without AKI as controls.The serum levels of Cys C, BUN,Cr ,and β2 -MG were measured by the Laboratory professionals by Hitachi 7060 Automatic biochemical analyzer.The eGFR was estimated with MDRD equation.Then compared the levels of Cys C,BUN,Cr ,and β2 -MG between two groups.Results In AKI group,The serum level of Cys C were significantly higher than that in non -AKI group (P <0.05),it has no significant differ-ence among three periods (P >0.05).[Cys C] -1was also positively correlated with eGFR (r =0.754,P <0.001).Conclu-sions Cys C is a very useful diagnostic indicator in AKI,especially in the early diagnose AKI,it could provide a reliable assessment of renal function and grasp the right opportunity to better treatment.
