目的：观察外固定支架与小夹板固定治疗桡骨远端粉碎性骨折的疗效，比较两种治疗方法的优缺点。方法：选取桡骨远端粉碎性骨折患者80例，分为小夹板固定组40例和外固定支架组40例。结果：小夹板固定组复位后复位后、复位后1个月、复位后6个月掌倾角、尺偏角均优于外固定支架组，小夹板固定组治疗后2个月、6个月优良率均高于外固定支架组，差异均有统计学意义（P ＜0．05）。结论：小夹板固定治疗桡骨粉粹性骨折临床疗效明显，值得临床推广应用。
목적：관찰외고정지가여소협판고정치료뇨골원단분쇄성골절적료효，비교량충치료방법적우결점。방법：선취뇨골원단분쇄성골절환자80례，분위소협판고정조40례화외고정지가조40례。결과：소협판고정조복위후복위후、복위후1개월、복위후6개월장경각、척편각균우우외고정지가조，소협판고정조치료후2개월、6개월우량솔균고우외고정지가조，차이균유통계학의의（P ＜0．05）。결론：소협판고정치료뇨골분수성골절림상료효명현，치득림상추엄응용。
Objective To approach effect of distal radius comminuted fracture by external fixation and small splint fixation,advan-tages and disadvantages of two methods of treatment were compared,which was provided gist for clinical data.Method The 80 cases clinical data of distal radius comminuted fracture,which was to be divided into two groups,small splint fixation group 40 cases and external fixation group 40 cases.Result The palm angle、ulna angle of small splint fixation group after restoration、after restoration 1 month、after restoration 6 month were better than external fixation group,the excellent of small splint fixation group after treatment 2 month、6 month were higher than external fixation group,the difference were statistical significance (P <0.05 ).ConclusionThe effect of distal radius comminuted fracture by small splint fixation are obviously,which is to be used.
