采用快速熔炼合金法,结合高温常压退火制备了 Ca1-x Eux AlSiN3(x =0.02,0.04,0.06,0.08,0.1)系列氮化物红色荧光粉,通过调节稀土 Eu 的不同掺杂量,研究荧光粉的物相结构及发光性能.室温 XRD 表明,该系列红色荧光粉具有 CaAlSiN3物相结构.通过研究结构、形貌、能谱及光谱发现,随着 Eu 浓度的增加,荧光粉中 Eu3+含量增加,物相结构表明 Eu3+多以氧化铕的形式存在.发光光谱也表明,随着 Eu 浓度的增加,光谱发光峰位先红移再蓝移,同时荧光光谱也是先增大后降低.经初步分析认为,这是由于合金化过程中 Eu 被不同程度地氧化为 Eu2 O 3所致.
採用快速鎔煉閤金法,結閤高溫常壓退火製備瞭 Ca1-x Eux AlSiN3(x =0.02,0.04,0.06,0.08,0.1)繫列氮化物紅色熒光粉,通過調節稀土 Eu 的不同摻雜量,研究熒光粉的物相結構及髮光性能.室溫 XRD 錶明,該繫列紅色熒光粉具有 CaAlSiN3物相結構.通過研究結構、形貌、能譜及光譜髮現,隨著 Eu 濃度的增加,熒光粉中 Eu3+含量增加,物相結構錶明 Eu3+多以氧化銪的形式存在.髮光光譜也錶明,隨著 Eu 濃度的增加,光譜髮光峰位先紅移再藍移,同時熒光光譜也是先增大後降低.經初步分析認為,這是由于閤金化過程中 Eu 被不同程度地氧化為 Eu2 O 3所緻.
채용쾌속용련합금법,결합고온상압퇴화제비료 Ca1-x Eux AlSiN3(x =0.02,0.04,0.06,0.08,0.1)계렬담화물홍색형광분,통과조절희토 Eu 적불동참잡량,연구형광분적물상결구급발광성능.실온 XRD 표명,해계렬홍색형광분구유 CaAlSiN3물상결구.통과연구결구、형모、능보급광보발현,수착 Eu 농도적증가,형광분중 Eu3+함량증가,물상결구표명 Eu3+다이양화유적형식존재.발광광보야표명,수착 Eu 농도적증가,광보발광봉위선홍이재람이,동시형광광보야시선증대후강저.경초보분석인위,저시유우합금화과정중 Eu 피불동정도지양화위 Eu2 O 3소치.
Adopt the rapid melting alloy method combined with high temperature and constant pres-sure annealling method preparation of Ca1 -x Eux AlSiN3 (x =0.02,0.04,0.06,0.08,0.1 )series of nitrides red phosphors,and by adjusting the different doping of rare earth Eu to study the phase structure and lumi-nescence properties of phosphor.Room temperature XRD Showed that this series of red phosphors have CaAlSiN3 phase structure,by studying the structure,surface profile,Energy spectrum and Spectrum can be found that with the increase of the concentration of Eu in phosphor,the Eu3 + increases,the phase structure indicates shows that Eu3 + existed in a europium oxide form.Fluorescence spectrum also shows that with the increase of concentration of Eu fluorescence peak position first red shift then blue shift and at the same time,the fluorescence spectrum has reduced after the first increase phenomenon.A preliminary analysis of these are due to in the process of alloying,the Eu has different degree of oxidation.
