目的通过手术治疗新生儿先天性头皮纤维肉瘤及文献复习,探讨本病的最佳治疗方法.方法通过回顾性分析1例诊断为先天性头皮巨大纤维肉瘤,在出生后3d行根治性手术切除治疗患儿的临床资料.结合文献,探讨本病的发病情况、诊断、治疗方法以及预后.结果术中发现肿瘤未侵犯颅骨及上矢状窦,与颅内无血管交通.完整切除肿瘤,头皮一期缝合.术后3个月随诊发现,患儿头皮愈合良好,局部无复发征象.结论新生儿头皮纤维肉瘤罕见,即使瘤体巨大,仍可手术完整切除,且预后良好.

Objective To explore the optimal treatment of congenital fibrosarcoma of scalp in newborns.Methods A 3-day-old boy with congenital fibrosarcoma of scalp underwent radical surgery.His general status,diagnosis,treatment and prognosis were analyzed with literature review.Results Neither skull nor superior sagittal sinus was involved.No abnormal communication existed between extracranial and intracranial circulations.The tumor was successfully removed with no scalp defect.No tumor recurrence occurred during a follow-up of 3 months.Conclusions As a rare tumor in newborns,congenital fibrosarcoma of scalp is successfully cured with radical surgery.Even a giant mass may be completely removed with a fair prognosis.
