通过对长期冬泳人群的实际测定，探讨长期冬泳运动对改善老年人性激素水平及骨代谢的影响，结果表明：长期冬泳运动具有维持老年性激素较高水平的作用（以睾酮水平为明显），通过改善机体性激素水平进而影响其骨质合成和骨量的维持，起到促进骨代谢和防止老年骨质疏松发生的作用。

By measuring practical the long-term winter swimming crowd,the article discusses the effective of long-term winter swimming to testosterone level and bone metabolism of elderly men. The result shows that long-term winter swimming has the effect to maintain high testosterone level;by improving organism testosterone level to effect the maintenance of synthetic bone and bone mass,it plays a role to promote bone metabolism and prevent osteoporosis.
