对6周耐力训练及一次性定量负荷运动后大鼠心肌组织用分光光度法和RT-PCR检测法进行GSH-Px活性和mRNA的表达,结果显示:6周耐力训练后进行一次性定量负荷运动大鼠心肌GSH-Px mRNA的表达升高,激活了心肌GSH-Px mRNA表达,进而引起总抗氧化能力的提高,增强了机体清除自由基的能力,有效的起到氧化预适应的作用;GSH-Px活性显著升高(p<0.05),6周耐力训练组3h的定量负荷运动后即刻机体心肌GSH-Px mRNA表达被激活,提高了GSH-Px的活性,总抗氧化能力也得到明显的提高,清除自由基的能力增强,减少了自由基对机体的损伤,提高了机体抗运动疲劳的能力。

The research adopted spectrophotometric and RT-PCR technology to research GSH-Px activity and mRNA expression in rats’cardiac muscles that six weeks of endurance training and disposable after quantitative load exercise. The results showed that six weeks after endurance training for one-time quantitative load exercise rats myocardial GSH-Px mRNA expression increased,GSH-Px activity significantly increased (p<0.05). Conclusion:(1)six week endurance training activation of myocardial GSH-Px mRNA expression,thereby causing the total antioxidant capacity,enhance the body’s ability to eliminate free radicals,effectively play the role of oxidative preconditioning effect.(2)After 6 weeks of endurance training by 3h of quantitative load movement immediately,the activity of GSH-Px was raising,and the total antioxidant capacity has been significantly improved . therefore the free radicals was removed and decreased the damage to the body ,it improve that the body’s ability of Anti Sports Fatigue and extend exercise time.
