目的：探讨社区管理下心房颤动患者的依从性，为心房颤动社区管理规范化方案的制定提供依据。方法：随机选择2个地理上相隔的较远的社区，纳入心房颤动患者220例，分为试验组（109例）与对照组（111例），试验组采取预先制定的心房颤动社区管理方案进行管理，对照组采取常规诊疗方案。随访期限至少12个月，比较两组患者依从性。结果：经过12个月的随访，试验组与对照组比较，药物治疗依从性及生活方式改善依从性差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：实施心房颤动社区管理方案，能够提高心房颤动患者依从性。
목적：탐토사구관리하심방전동환자적의종성，위심방전동사구관리규범화방안적제정제공의거。방법：수궤선택2개지리상상격적교원적사구，납입심방전동환자220례，분위시험조（109례）여대조조（111례），시험조채취예선제정적심방전동사구관리방안진행관리，대조조채취상규진료방안。수방기한지소12개월，비교량조환자의종성。결과：경과12개월적수방，시험조여대조조비교，약물치료의종성급생활방식개선의종성차이균유통계학의의（P<0.05）。결론：실시심방전동사구관리방안，능구제고심방전동환자의종성。
Objective:To investigate the compliance of atrial fibrillation patients under community management plan,provide the basis for the development of atrial fibrillation community standardized management scheme. Method:Two communities with far geographically distance of 220 AF patients were randomly selected and divided into the experimental group of 109 cases and control group of 110 cases.A standardized management plan was implemented in experimental group.Conventional treatment was conducted in control group. Duration of follow-up was at least 12 months. Patients’ compliance were analyzed between two groups.Result:After 12 months follow-up,the compliance of medical treatment and life style change was better in experimental group than that in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The community management plan for patients with atrial fibrillation is superior to usual care in terms of patients’ compliance.
