目的:建立HPLC测定血脂康胶囊中洛伐他汀、莫纳可林L和脱水洛伐他汀3种成分的含量。方法采用Ag ilent Zorbax SB-C18(4.6 mm ×250 mm ,5μm )色谱柱,以甲醇-0.05%磷酸(78∶22)为流动相,流速:1.0 mL/min ,柱温:35℃,检测波长:238 nm。结果洛伐他汀、莫纳可林L和脱水洛伐他汀的线性范围分别为4.18~20.88μg/mL(r=0.9998)、0.50~3.96μg/mL(r=0.9999)和1.30~6.50μg/mL(r=0.9999);加样回收率(n=9)分别为99.8%、99.5%、100.4%。结论本方法简便、准确,重复性好,可用于血脂康胶囊中洛伐他汀、莫纳可林L和脱水洛伐他汀3种成分的含量测定。

Objective To develop an H PLC m ethod for sim ultaneous determ ination of lovastatin,m onacolin L and dehydrated lovastatin in Xuezhikang capsules.Methods A n A gilent Zorbax SB-C 18 colum n(4.6 m m ×250 m m ,5 μm ) w as used w ith a m obile phase of m ethanol-0.05% phosphoric acid solution (78∶22),w ith the flow rate of 1.0 m L/m in, the colum n tem perature of 35 ℃,and the detection w avelength of 238 nm .Results The linearity ranges of lovastatin , m onacolin L and dehydrated lovastatin w ere over 4.18~20.88 μg/m L (r=0.999 8),0.50~3.96 μg/m L (r=0.999 9), and 1.30~6.50 μg/m L (r=0.999 9).The average recoveries(n=9)of lovastatin,m onacolin L and dehydrated lovas-tatin w ere respectively 99 .8% ,99 .5% and 100 .4% .Conclusion The m ethod is sim ple and accurate w ith high repeata-bility,w hich can be adopted for the sim ultaneous determ ination of lovastatin,m onacolin L and dehydrated lovastatin in Xuezhikang capsules.
