确定不出草的蛹虫草( Cordyceps militaris)固体培养基中虫草素含量,可为合理利用不出草的蛹虫草固体培养基提供理论依据。以虫草素含量为检测指标,利用优化后的虫草素超声提取条件以及高效液相色谱定量分析条件,分别对5个不同批次不出草蛹虫草固体培养基中的虫草含量进行了测定。结果表明:5个批次的不出草蛹虫草固体培养基中均含有一定数量的虫草素,虫草素含量为347.2~735.5μg/g,平均548.5μg/g。不出草的蛹虫草固体培养基中虫草素含量较高,具有开发利用价值。本研究结果为今后从不出草的废弃固体培养基中提取虫草素提供了依据,有利于减少虫草资源的浪费。

학정불출초적용충초( Cordyceps militaris)고체배양기중충초소함량,가위합리이용불출초적용충초고체배양기제공이론의거。이충초소함량위검측지표,이용우화후적충초소초성제취조건이급고효액상색보정량분석조건,분별대5개불동비차불출초용충초고체배양기중적충초함량진행료측정。결과표명:5개비차적불출초용충초고체배양기중균함유일정수량적충초소,충초소함량위347.2~735.5μg/g,평균548.5μg/g。불출초적용충초고체배양기중충초소함량교고,구유개발이용개치。본연구결과위금후종불출초적폐기고체배양기중제취충초소제공료의거,유리우감소충초자원적낭비。
To determine the content of cordycepin in the waste solid culture medium of Cordyceps militaris.The contents of cordycepin in five batches waste solid culture medium of Cordyceps militaris were measured by the optimized ultrasonic extraction condition and HPLC quantitative analysis condition.The results showed that the contents of cordycepin in the five batches of Cordyceps militaris waste solid culture medium were 347.2 -735.5 μg/g, the average content of cordycepin reached 548.5 μg/g.The cordycepin content in waste solid culture medium of Cordyceps militaris was higher, so it had high development and used value.This study provided the basis for extracting cordycepin from the waste solid medium in order to reduce the waste of Cordyceps resources and explore its further development.
