石早3号是石家庄市农林科学研究院以含有瑟伯氏棉血统的SGK321为母本、以含有亚洲棉血统的矮早1号为父本进行杂交选育而成的特早熟棉花新品种，实现了棉花品种早熟性的重要突破。该品种全生育期109 d左右；铃期45 d 左右，较一般陆地棉品种短15 d 左右。在冀中南棉区可实现麦后直播种植。2005年通过河北省农作物品种审定委员会审定（审定编号：冀审棉2014013号）。
석조3호시석가장시농림과학연구원이함유슬백씨면혈통적SGK321위모본、이함유아주면혈통적왜조1호위부본진행잡교선육이성적특조숙면화신품충，실현료면화품충조숙성적중요돌파。해품충전생육기109 d좌우；령기45 d 좌우，교일반륙지면품충단15 d 좌우。재기중남면구가실현맥후직파충식。2005년통과하북성농작물품충심정위원회심정（심정편호：기심면2014013호）。
Shizao No.3 is a very early maturity cotton variety bred by Shijiazhuang Academy of Agriculture and Forestry Sciences.The female parent ( SGK321) has the Gossypium thurberis genetic constitution, the male parent ( Aizao No.1) has the Gossypium aboreum L.genetic constitution.It has made important breakthrough in the field of early maturity.The whole growth period of Shizao No.3 is 109 days and the boll setting stage is about 45 days.The boll setting stage of Shizao No.3 is shorter than general varieties by 15 days.It can be direct sowed after the wheat harvested in central and southern Hebei cotton regions.Shizao No.3 was certified by Crop Variety Certification Committee of Hebei Province, the number was Jishenmian No.2014013.
