对PEG-6000溶液模拟旱胁迫鉴定绿豆萌发期抗旱性的最佳溶液浓度和培养介质进行了筛选,并根据筛选结果对我国近几年育成的15个绿豆品种进行了萌发期抗旱性鉴定。结果表明: PEG-6000溶液模拟旱胁迫对萌发期绿豆进行旱胁迫的适宜浓度为20%,最佳培养模式为砂培;潍绿8号、榆林绿豆、内蒙古绿豆、吉绿7号、张家口鹦哥绿豆、白绿8号和白绿6号7个品种萌发期抗旱性表现为极强,辽绿8号、保942、中绿5号、中绿11号和苏绿2号5个品种萌芽期抗旱性表现为强,其他品种萌芽期抗旱性表现为中等或差;20%的PEG-6000溶液胁迫处理不同程度地降低了绿豆品种的发芽率,促进了多个绿豆品种初生根条数的增加和胚根干物质的积累,而对胚芽的生长以及胚根长度的增加有抑制作用。
對PEG-6000溶液模擬旱脅迫鑒定綠豆萌髮期抗旱性的最佳溶液濃度和培養介質進行瞭篩選,併根據篩選結果對我國近幾年育成的15箇綠豆品種進行瞭萌髮期抗旱性鑒定。結果錶明: PEG-6000溶液模擬旱脅迫對萌髮期綠豆進行旱脅迫的適宜濃度為20%,最佳培養模式為砂培;濰綠8號、榆林綠豆、內矇古綠豆、吉綠7號、張傢口鸚哥綠豆、白綠8號和白綠6號7箇品種萌髮期抗旱性錶現為極彊,遼綠8號、保942、中綠5號、中綠11號和囌綠2號5箇品種萌芽期抗旱性錶現為彊,其他品種萌芽期抗旱性錶現為中等或差;20%的PEG-6000溶液脅迫處理不同程度地降低瞭綠豆品種的髮芽率,促進瞭多箇綠豆品種初生根條數的增加和胚根榦物質的積纍,而對胚芽的生長以及胚根長度的增加有抑製作用。

The germination rate under different medias and concentrations of PEG-6000 solution were studied at seed germination stage of mungbean using PEG-6000 solution, then the drought resistance of 15 mungbean new va-rieties authorized in recent years in China were evaluated.The results showed that the appropriate concentration of PEG-6000 solution for drought resistance identification at germination stage was 20%, the best culturing model was sand culture.There were 7 mungbean varieties with very strong drought resistance at germination stage such as Weilv No.8, Yulin mungbean, Inner Mongolia mungbean, Jilv No.7, Zhangjiakou Yingge mungbean, Bailv No.8 and Bailv No.6, 5 mungbean varieties showed strong cresistance like Liaolv No.8, Bao 942, Zhonglv No.5, Zhonglv No.11 and Sulv No.2, and the resistance of others were weaker.The germination rate, length of embryo bud and length of embryo root were decreased while the number of primary root and dry weight of embryo root were increased under 20% PEG-6000 solution stress.
