目的：分析胫腓骨远端双骨折行不同微创内固定方式治疗的临床疗效。方法：随机选择2013年4月-2014年4月本院诊治的胫腓骨远端双骨折患者110例，按照不同治疗方式分为两组，每组各55例患者。对照组患者予交锁髓内钉结合弹性髓内钉治疗，研究组患者经皮锁定加压钢板结合弹性髓治疗，观察并比较两组患者临床疗效及安全性。结果：研究组骨折愈合时间比对照组短，功能及患足力线评分均比对照组高，两组比较差异均具统计学意义（P<0.05）；研究组并发症总发生率7.27%显著少于对照组27.27%，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：交锁髓内钉结合弹性髓内钉及经皮锁定加压钢板结合弹性髓治疗胫腓骨远端双骨折均具一定优势，但经皮锁定加压钢板结合弹性髓治疗的临床效果更佳且并发症少，更具临床实际应用价值。
目的：分析脛腓骨遠耑雙骨摺行不同微創內固定方式治療的臨床療效。方法：隨機選擇2013年4月-2014年4月本院診治的脛腓骨遠耑雙骨摺患者110例，按照不同治療方式分為兩組，每組各55例患者。對照組患者予交鎖髓內釘結閤彈性髓內釘治療，研究組患者經皮鎖定加壓鋼闆結閤彈性髓治療，觀察併比較兩組患者臨床療效及安全性。結果：研究組骨摺愈閤時間比對照組短，功能及患足力線評分均比對照組高，兩組比較差異均具統計學意義（P<0.05）；研究組併髮癥總髮生率7.27%顯著少于對照組27.27%，兩組比較差異有統計學意義（P<0.05）。結論：交鎖髓內釘結閤彈性髓內釘及經皮鎖定加壓鋼闆結閤彈性髓治療脛腓骨遠耑雙骨摺均具一定優勢，但經皮鎖定加壓鋼闆結閤彈性髓治療的臨床效果更佳且併髮癥少，更具臨床實際應用價值。
목적：분석경비골원단쌍골절행불동미창내고정방식치료적림상료효。방법：수궤선택2013년4월-2014년4월본원진치적경비골원단쌍골절환자110례，안조불동치료방식분위량조，매조각55례환자。대조조환자여교쇄수내정결합탄성수내정치료，연구조환자경피쇄정가압강판결합탄성수치료，관찰병비교량조환자림상료효급안전성。결과：연구조골절유합시간비대조조단，공능급환족력선평분균비대조조고，량조비교차이균구통계학의의（P<0.05）；연구조병발증총발생솔7.27%현저소우대조조27.27%，량조비교차이유통계학의의（P<0.05）。결론：교쇄수내정결합탄성수내정급경피쇄정가압강판결합탄성수치료경비골원단쌍골절균구일정우세，단경피쇄정가압강판결합탄성수치료적림상효과경가차병발증소，경구림상실제응용개치。
Objective:To analyze the clinical efficacy of minimally invasive internal fixation for the treatment of fracture of distal tibia and fibula.Method:110 patients were randomly selected in the hospital for treatment of fractures of distal tibia and fibula from April 2013 to April 2014,and the patients were divided into two groups according to the different treatment methods,55 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were treated with interlocking intramedullary nail together with flexible intramedullary nail,patients in the study group were treated with percutaneous locking compression plate combined with the flexible intramedullary nail.The clinical efficacy and safety of two groups were observed and compared. Result:The fracture healing time of the study group was shorter than the control group,and scores of plantar force were higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The total incidence of complications of the study group was 7.27%,significantly less than that of the control group which was 27.27%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The interlocking intramedullary nail combined with flexible intramedullary nail and the percutaneous locking compression plate combined with flexible intramedullary nails are both of certain advantages for treating fracture of distal tibial and fibular,but the percutaneous locking compression plate combined with flexible intramedullary nails is better curative effects and with fewer complications,which enjoys more practical value in clinical application.
