目的:探讨股骨近端抗髓内钉(PFNA)内固定治疗股骨转子周围骨折的手术技巧和疗效。方法:回顾性分析采用PFNA治疗股骨转子周围骨折68例。结果:所有病例均得到随访,随访时间12~37个月,平均(18.22±7.49)月,除1例发生髋内翻和1例股骨头坏死外,无股骨干骨折、螺旋刀片切割等并发症发生。根据Sanders髋关节创伤后功能评分标准,优37例,良25例,差6例,优良率达91.18%。结论:PFNA内固定治疗股骨转子周围骨折具有微创、固定可靠、操作简单、快速康复等优点,是治疗股骨转子周围骨折的首选方法。
目的:探討股骨近耑抗髓內釘(PFNA)內固定治療股骨轉子週圍骨摺的手術技巧和療效。方法:迴顧性分析採用PFNA治療股骨轉子週圍骨摺68例。結果:所有病例均得到隨訪,隨訪時間12~37箇月,平均(18.22±7.49)月,除1例髮生髖內翻和1例股骨頭壞死外,無股骨榦骨摺、螺鏇刀片切割等併髮癥髮生。根據Sanders髖關節創傷後功能評分標準,優37例,良25例,差6例,優良率達91.18%。結論:PFNA內固定治療股骨轉子週圍骨摺具有微創、固定可靠、操作簡單、快速康複等優點,是治療股骨轉子週圍骨摺的首選方法。
목적:탐토고골근단항수내정(PFNA)내고정치료고골전자주위골절적수술기교화료효。방법:회고성분석채용PFNA치료고골전자주위골절68례。결과:소유병례균득도수방,수방시간12~37개월,평균(18.22±7.49)월,제1례발생관내번화1례고골두배사외,무고골간골절、라선도편절할등병발증발생。근거Sanders관관절창상후공능평분표준,우37례,량25례,차6례,우량솔체91.18%。결론:PFNA내고정치료고골전자주위골절구유미창、고정가고、조작간단、쾌속강복등우점,시치료고골전자주위골절적수선방법。
Objective:To discuss the surgical technique and efficacy of the application of proximal femoral nail anti-rotation(PFNA)in the treatment of peritrochanteric femoral fracture. Method:Sixty-eight patients with peritrochanteric femoral fractures treated with PFNA were reviewed. Result:The follow-up time was 12 to 37 months, average was(18.22±7.49)months. Varus of hip joint occurred in one case and osteonecrosis of the femoral head in one case,however,no other complications such as femoral shaft fracture and anti-rotation screw cut through the femoral head. According to Sanders post trauma hip function score standard,the result was excellent in 37 cases,fair in 25 cases,bad in 6 cases,and the excellent and the good rate was 91.18%. Conclusion:PFNA can be recommended to the treatment of peritrochanteric femoral fracture as the first choice for its advantages of minimally invasive,reliable fixation,simple operation,and rapid rehabilitation.
