维生素D是经典的钙磷代谢调节剂。胰岛素抵抗与胰岛β细胞功能受损引起胰岛素分泌缺陷和合成异常是2型糖尿病发病机制的主要特点。近年来国内外越来越多的研究表明，维生素D与2型糖尿病之间关系密切；许多基础研究和动物实验显示维生素D在糖尿病的发生发展过程中发挥着改善胰岛素抵抗、保护胰岛细胞以及调节人体免疫功能的作用。维生素D主要可通过以下3种方式来调控胰岛功能院抑制胰岛β细胞凋亡、促进胰岛β细胞分泌和削弱胰岛α细胞分泌。本篇文章就近年来维生素D与胰岛β细胞功能的相关性研究方面作一综述。

In recent years, studies found close relationship between vitamin D and type 2 diabetes; Many basic re-searches and animal experiments show that vitamin D can improve insulin resistance, protect islet beta cells and have immune regulation effects in the development of type 2 diabetes Diseases. Vitamin D can regulate and control islet function by inhibiting islet beta cell apoptosis, promoting the secretion of pancreatic beta cells and weakening the se-cretion of islet alpha cell. This paper reviewed the research progress in recent years on the correlation between vitamin D and islets function.
